Lopesan Opens Three New All-Inclusive Resorts in Punta Cana

Lopesan Hotel Group opened three new all-inclusive resorts in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic on July 7, 2026, welcoming its first guests to all three properties on the same day. The launch adds a combined 1,035 rooms to Lopesan's Punta Cana footprint and represents an investment of more than $350 million, the group's largest Caribbean expansion to date.

The three resorts, Lopesan Caoba Lagoon Resort Spa & Casino, Lopesan Serenity Bay Spa & Casino, and Lopesan Splash Cove Spa & Casino, sit side by side and share a common open-air promenade called The Boulevard, which connects all three properties with restaurants, bars, shops, an 820-seat theater, and a casino. It is an unusual approach for a new opening: instead of one large resort, Lopesan built three distinct properties aimed at three different kinds of travelers, then linked them so guests can move between them.

Lopesan Caoba Lagoon Resort Spa & Casino is the largest of the three at 554 rooms and is positioned as the general-market anchor of the complex. Its centerpiece is a 127-meter lagoon pool built around cenote-inspired design elements and a series of ten waterfalls, part of what Lopesan is calling its "Flow" design concept. The resort also includes a convention center, which points to Lopesan chasing group and meetings business alongside leisure travelers.

Lopesan Serenity Bay Spa & Casino is the adults-only property, with 239 suites, most of them junior suites with private terraces or balconies. Pool-view and swim-up suite categories are available for travelers who want direct pool access from their room. The dining lineup spans French, Thai, Italian, Brazilian, Nikkei, and Tex-Mex restaurants alongside buffet and casual options, which is a wider range than most adults-only resorts in the region offer at launch.

Lopesan Splash Cove Spa & Casino is the family resort, with 242 rooms and a water park orientation built around a wave pool and organized sports programming and entertainment for kids and multigenerational groups. This is the property most directly aimed at families booking a Punta Cana trip with children, and it gives Lopesan a dedicated family product it did not previously have at this scale in the Dominican Republic.

Lopesan has not published detailed all-inclusive plan terms alongside the opening announcement, so travelers should confirm meal plan specifics (which restaurants require reservations, whether premium liquor is included, spa and excursion pricing) directly with Lopesan or a travel advisor before booking. What is confirmed is that all three resorts operate on Lopesan's all-inclusive model and share access to The Boulevard's dining, entertainment, and casino, in addition to the food and beverage service inside each individual resort.
