Rebranded from family-oriented Dreams Vista to adults-only Hyatt Vivid Cancun on August 14, 2026 (trade press). Min age 18 comes from trade press, not the Hyatt release. Seed AO=false is now wrong. Former kids club, splash park and climbing wall are from pre-rebrand Dreams pages; current status under the adults-only concept not confirmed, so left null. Release says 7 restaurants but names only 6. Hyatt sites block fetch; official facts via search snippets and the press release.
